This retreat is a deep exploration of dance as a gateway to embodied expression.
Together with my team, I will guide you through a journey of physical surrender - awakening your body’s innate capacity to feel, create, and release through movement.
We bring the essence of 10 years of research in dance, movement, somatic work, and spiritual development, distilling it into an experience of profound connection.
With open hearts, we hold this space for trust, healing, and radical self-acceptance - where dance becomes a language of transformation.
